Advanced Massage Skills
3 Day course for Massage Therapists
11th - 13th July 2025
This advanced course will familiarise you with a range of soft tissue, such as Soft Tissue Release, Muscle Energy Techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, and Positional Release. You will discover how to locate muscles and identify tight, dysfunctional tissue, as well as how to address these issues to help alleviate pain for your clients.
Course Requirement: A minimum of Level 3 massage certification (Sports, Holistic, or Swedish Massage).
This is an advanced course, and prior knowledge of muscle anatomy is preferred.
You'll Learn:

How to assess posture imbalances
Theory & Practical of:
Soft Tissue Release
Muscle Energy Technique
Trigger Points
Positional Release
Assessment & Treatment using advanced techniques on:
- Shoulder & Upper Limb
- Cervical Neck
- Thoracic Region and Shoulders
- Lumbar Back, Pelvis & Hips
- Thighs, Calves & Ankles
You will be provided a theory and practical manual on the course.

The course is taught over 3 days with all techniques demonstrated and practised.
​
Requirements: Level 3 massage therapy qualification
Also suitable for Osteopaths, Chiropractors & Physiotherapists.

You will be visually assessed during the course.
